Super 8 by Wyndham Cortez/Mesa Verde Area

19Aug: The receptionists have provided me with my receipt, I appreciate their concern and dedication and I wish them the best with keeping up their high proficiency and service to the community. 15Aug: They did not give me my room receipt after checking out, and I need it for my company's expense report. The room smelled terrible as well, that's why I only gave it a 4/5 rate.

Second time we have stayed here and for the price but is pretty decent. Quiet typical hotel breakfast. Room could use a thorough cleaning.

I dont think the sheets get changed after each customer,I found eyelashes and make up on my sheets. Price was very affordable with military discount.

We recently stayed at a charming hotel with my friends . The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable , creating a pleasant stay. If you are looking for a comfortable stay this is the right choice.

It is older but our room was clean and comfy. It's a stopover and just needed a place to sleep. Staff was very nice and welcoming. There was no breakfast but it wasn't a deal breaker. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Honest to god review. Real life human here also so don’t worry about that . Staying at Room 112. Let’s start with the bads, the only bad stuff is the mold in the bathroom ceiling (see attached photo) and that the light just went out for us. The guy at the desk has an earbud in but that isn’t a major problem he does his job efficiently and you can see it in his eyes that he just wants to be done with his shift. Now the goods, floors are clean and not slimy, the walls are clean, and the bed is not a spring box, clean linens too. The AC works too well and you got 2 comfy chairs to work with. Also no cigarette smell. Now for the last part of the review, I was looking at other reviews and they seem to portray this place with slimy floors and a cigarette smell. That’s not it with this room at least. Maybe other rooms are different but we are on the ground floor. I hope this helps and the rest of you see this and can get an idea of what’s happening. (Also haven’t had breakfast)

Pros: saw no homeless, saw no drugs, no bed bug bites. Clean room, bathroom and linens. Comfortable bed, easy check-in. Quiet and reasonably priced, close to a lot of places to eat. I would have no problem staying here again.

Great hotel for what it is. Right on main street with excellent service and free breakfast. Only complaint is the floors are gross and sticky. My feet were filthy just going to the bathroom. I don't think they've ever mopped them. But the linens were clean, comfy bed, ice cold AC, and hot shower. Thanks!
